 COMMUNITY INPUT REQUESTED on Draft Mission StatementThe Tamalpais Union High School District Board of Trustees and Administration held a series of
widely-advertised community forums in early May to seek community input regarding the future and direction of
our schools. A draft mission statement has been formulated, and we would like your input to determine if the
draft of the mission statement reflects our communities’ beliefs about 21st century high schools.
We need your thoughts and ideas about our draft before we finalize it in late summer.

Request for Proposal: Transformer Addition at Theater (June-2009)
The Tamalpais Union High School District (TUHSD) will receive sealed bids for the Bid Package #1 DHS-09: Transformer Addition at Theater. The deadline for bids to be received at the District Modernization office at Room 20, 325 Doherty Drive, Larkspur, California is 2:00pm on June 30, 2009.

May Modernization Highlights & Updates (May-2009)
Many of the projects outlined in the 2006 Bond have been designed and approved by the Division of the State Architect (DSA) review process. Some have been completed or are nearing completion while others are being prepared for ground breaking this summer. Highlights include progress on the the six-plex classroom building at Drake, construction of a shade structure and solar panel array at Redwood, the building of the new pool, weight room and field house at Tam and more.
