Un-Doing Stress: Summertime Survival Tools for Parents and Teens

This presentation will illuminate the need-to-know concepts in managing stress in adolescence and how parents can best support these strategies for their teens. Special consideration will be given to the sticky parent-child communication dynamics that can serve as an obstacle to teens’ self-care.
