If you are eligible for an exemption, please print and complete the application from this page, or call (415) 945-3709 and leave a message with your mailing address.

You may also email your name, address and phone number to Kaley Cloney, kcloney@tamdistrict.org to request an application be mailed or emailed to you.

Senior exemptions granted during the term of the current parcel will continue in effect during the term of renewal. The exemption will be provided to an applicant for the remaining term of the assessment so long as the applicant continues to use the parcel as his or her principal residence.

For a Senior Exemption, please return the application with the applicable paperwork for prompt processing.
