PARCEL TAX

For a Senior Exemption, please return the application with the applicable paperwork for prompt processing.

1. Driver’s License
   • If your driver’s license lists an address other than the address of the parcel for which you are requesting exemption, please include a copy of a utility bill. Any of the following utility bills will be sufficient: PG&E, Cable, Water, etc.
   • If your driver’s license lists the same address of the parcel for which you are requesting exemption, no utility bill is needed.
   
   OR
2. Passport
   • If you submit a Passport in place of a driver’s license, please include a copy of a utility bill. Any of the following utility bills will be sufficient: PG& E, Cable, Water, etc.
   
   AND, IF APPLICABLE:
3. Copy of Trust Instrument
   • If ownership of your home is held under a trust instrument, please submit a copy of the first page and signature page and the page which references the parcel number or address of the parcel.
