A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President John Wright on May 18, 2004 at 7:00pm in the Superintendent's Office in the District Office Building at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:	John Wright, Bob Walter, Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Susan Schmidt
Administrator Present:	William J. Levinson, Superintendent

Approval of Agenda

      M/S/C (Sampson/Schmidt) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session

     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 7:00pm returning to Open Session at 9:00pm.

Report from Closed Session

     Trustees reported that they met in Closed Session with Labor Negotiator, Superintendent William Levinson, regarding certificated negotiations.

     The meeting was adjourned at 9:00pm.
