A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President John Wright on May 21, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. at San Anselmo Town Hall in San Anselmo.

Members Present:

John Wright, Bob Walter, Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Susan Schmidt

Approval of Agenda

      M/S/C (Sampson/Dell) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session

     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 8:00am returning to Open Session at 4:00pm.

Report from Closed Session

     Trustees reported that they met in Closed Session to interview applicants for the position of superintendent.

Adjournment

     The meeting was adjourned at 4:00pm.
