A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by John Wright, President, on June 15, 2004 at 7:00pm in the Kreps Portable Building (E) at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Report from Closed Session in Superintendent’s Office
Mr. Wright reported that Trustees voted unanimously to approve the personnel items listed on the Agenda Analysis, copies of which were available in the back of the room.

Trustees met with Labor Negotiator, Superintendent William Levinson, regarding certificated and classified negotiations.

Trustees met with Labor Negotiator, Superintendent William Levinson, regarding unrepresented employees: management team.

Trustees met with Agency Negotiator, Board President, regarding superintendent's contract.

Approval of Agenda
M/S/C (Sampson/Dell) unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented.

Approval of Consent Agenda
M/S/C (Sampson/Dell) unanimously, to approve the Consent Agenda and Consent Agenda-Facilities Modernization.

• Donation — to accept donation of $10,000 from Starbucks to support Tam's MOSAIC (Making Our School an Integrated Community) - Camp Anytown Program.
• Budget — to approve purchase orders over $7,500 on List #24 - Fiscal Year 2003-2004.
• Restoration — to approve restoration of Groundsperson position, effective July 1, 2004.
• Mentors — to approve appointment of one additional Mentor Teacher for 2004-2005.
• Job Description — to approve revised Management Job Description: Director of Special Education.

Consent Agenda - Facilities Modernization

• Contract — to approve contract with Nor-Cal Moving Services for Redwood Phase 3/4 move, June 2004.
• Contract — to approve contracts with Cor-o-Van for moves at Drake and Tamalpais High Schools, Summer/Fall 2004.

Parcel Tax
Trustees discussed the Parcel Tax planning process and reviewed a draft of the resolution and ballot argument, including amount, terms, and annual increment (to be approved at the June 22 Board meeting), as presented by Bill Levinson.
