A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by Ruth Dell on June 30, 2004 at 8:00am in the Kreps Conference Room (Portable E) at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:	Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Susan Schmidt
Members Absent:	Bob Walter, John Wright

Approval of Agenda
M/S/C (Sampson/Schmidt) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session
Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45am to consider a recommendation to expel student #03/04-19, returning to Open Session at 9:25am.

Report from Closed Session
M/S/C (Sampson/Schmidt) unanimously, by a roll call vote of 3 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent, to expel student #03/04-19 from the Tamalpais Union High School District, effective immediately, and that the order of expulsion be suspended until December 17, 2004.

Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 9:30am to consider a recommendation to expel student #03/04-20, returning to Open Session at 11:15am.
