A Special Workshop of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by Bob Walter, President, on January 18, 2005 at 3:00pm in the Kreps Conference Center at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Trustees met with Labor Negotiator, Superintendent Bob Ferguson, regarding certificated and classified negotiations.

Trustees discussed negotiations re Unrepresented Employees: Management Team..

Approval of Agenda
M/S/C (Sampson/Schmidt) unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented.

Study Session 3:30-5:00pm
The Board reviewed 2004-05 Objectives and Tasks and discussed priorities for the 2005-06 school year.

Committee Assignments
Trustees reviewed Committee Assignments for 2005-2006.

Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00pm.
