A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President Bob Walter on August 29, 2005 at 6:00pm in Kreps Conference Center in the District Office Building at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:

Bob Walter, Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Susan Schmidt, John Wright

Approval of Agenda
M/S/C (Sampson/Dell) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session
Trustees adjourned to Closed Session in the Superintendent’s Office at 6:00pm, returning to Open Session at 8:30pm.

Report from Closed Session
Trustees reported that they met in Closed Session to discuss Public Employee Evaluation: Superintendent.

Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
