A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by Bob Walter, President, on November 17, 2005 at 2:00pm in the Kreps Conference Center in the District Office Building at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:	Bob Walter, Ruth Dell, Susan Schmidt
Members Absent:	Jill Sampson, John Wright

Report from Closed Session in Superintendent’s Office
     M/S/C M/S/C (Schmidt/Dell), by a role call vote of 3 ayes / 0 noes / 2 absent, to expel Student #05/06-5 from the Tamalpais Union High School District, effective immediately, for a period of two semesters.

     M/S/C (Schmidt/Dell), by a role call vote of 3 ayes / 0 noes / 2 absent, to expel Student #05/06-4 from the Tamalpais Union High School District, effective immediately, for a period of two semesters.
