A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President Ruth Dell on January 10, 2006 in Kreps Conference Center at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:	Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Bob Walter
Members Absent:	Susan Schmidt, John Wright

Approval of Agenda
     M/S/C (Sampson/Walter) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session
     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 2:30pm to consider a recommendation to expel student #05/06-7, returning to Open Session at 5:00pm.

Report from Closed Session
     Trustees will adjourn again to Closed Session to consider this matter at the conclusion of the Open Session meeting on this date.

Adjourn to Closed Session
     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45pm to consider a recommendation to expel student #05/06-7, returning to Open Session at 9:30pm.

     M/S/C (Walter/Sampson) unanimously, by a roll call vote of 3 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent, to expel student #05/06-7 from the Tamalpais Union High School District, effective immediately, for a period of one semester from the date of the Governing Board’s decision.
