A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President Ruth Dell on February 10, 2006 in the Superintendent’s Office, Levinson Building at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

Members Present:	Ruth Dell, Susan Schmidt, Bob Walter
Members Absent:	Jill Sampson, John Wright

Approval of Agenda
     M/S/C (Schmidt/Walter) unanimously to approve the agenda.

Adjourn to Closed Session
     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session at 8:05am to consider a recommendation to expel student #05/06-13, returning to Open Session at 8:10am.

Report from Closed Session
      M/S/C (Dell/Walter) unanimously, by a roll call vote of 3 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent, to expel student #05/06-13 from the Tamalpais Union High School District, effective immediately, for a period of two semesters and that the enforcement of the order of expulsion shall be suspended until December 22, 2006.
