A special closed session meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tamalpais Union High School District was called to order by President Ruth Dell on February 27, 2006 in Kreps Conference Center at Redwood High School in Larkspur.

     Members Present: Ruth Dell, Jill Sampson, Susan Schmidt, Bob Walter, John Wright

Approval of Agenda
     M/S/C (Sampson/Walter) unanimously to approve the agenda as presented.

Adjourn to Closed Session
     Trustees adjourned to Closed Session in the Superintendent's Office at 6:00pm

Report from Closed Session
      Mrs. Dell reported that Trustees discussed Public Employee Performance Evaluation: Superintendent (mid-year, goals).
