Tryouts

Fall 2016  Try-out Information
 
Fall start date: Monday, August 15th, 2016 except Football.  Football will begin Monday, Aug. 8, 2016.
 
*Please note: the Fall athletes/parents/coaches meeting is Monday Aug 22 in Gus Gym from 6pm-8pm. This meeting is required of all fall athletes, guardians, and coaches. 
 
Fall sports include: 
 

Cheerleading: Tryouts completed in May 2016.

Cross Country:  Wed. Aug 17th meet after school at the track.

Football: Aug 8th meet at weight room at 7am, and 4pm at the turf.

Golf (girls): Monday Aug 15 & Tuesday Aug 16 driving range practice at Mcinnis Park  at 11:00am in the morning.  Wed Aug 17th meet after school in the student center. Contact Coach Haight (jjhaight@yahoo.com) for Aug 15th and 16th practice times and locations.

Tennis (girls):Aug 15th at 3pm at tennis courts

Volleyball (girls): 

Aug 15 (Monday): 9am-11am in Gus Gym: Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.  Freshman 11-1pm in Gus Gym
Aug 16 (Tues): 9am-11am in Gus Gym: Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.  Freshman 11-1pm in Gus Gym
Aug 17 (Wed): 3:30pm-5:30pm in Gus Gym: Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Freshman 4:30-6:30pm in Gus Gym
Aug 18 (Thurs): Varsity 3:30-5:30, JV 4:30-6:30pm
Aug 19 (Fri): Varsity 3:30-5:30, No JV practice
Aug 20 (Sat): JV Practice TBD
 

Water polo (boys): Mon Aug 15 ; 12 noon to 3 PM at the pool.

Water polo (girls): Mon Aug 15; 4:30pm-7:00pm at the pool.

 
Athletes: contact the head varsity coach if you have additional sport specific questions about try-outs. Coach contact info available here. 
All athletes must have a clearance form on file prior to try-outs and hold a minimum 2.00 GPA to be eligible.
