Science Assessment

Student Learning Outcome #6:
Demonstrate scientific literacy

The outcome is assessed by (1) a laboratory report, (2) the California Standards Tests in Earth Science (for students in Integrated Science 1-2) and (3) the Biological Science Standards Test (for students in Integrated Science 3-4). On the laboratory report, a rubric score of ‘3’ or better meets the district standard for proficiency on the standard.
