Interdistrict Transfers

INTERDISTRICT TRANSFERS:
Change in Policy for 2008-09 (Oct-2007)
Commencing with the 2008-09 school year, the Tam District will no longer approve Interdistrict Attendance permits based on child care needs.
• Students who have applied for an Interdistrict Transfer, and are accepted into one of the Tamalpais Union High School District’s elementary feeder schools in grades K-8, are not guaranteed admission to attend high school in our district.
• Students who are admitted into elementary districts on Interdistrict Transfers for parent employment and child care reasons will not be provided an Interdistrict Transfer into the Tamalpais High School District.
