Test Information Using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, each student must be able to: -
Follow the directions on the test sheet to create a PowerPoint presentation. -
Maximize the application window on the screen. -
Add new slides with the appropriate layout; close panes; select different presentation views. -
Type text into specific fields; change text colors; indent text entries to increase their list level. -
Change background colors, gradients, textures, and patterns. -
Insert, position, and resize images; understand and manage the aspect ratio of an image. -
Apply transition effects to slides; apply animation effects to content fields. -
Create, place, and link specific action button shapes. -
Set the zoom level to an appropriate value to achieve a specific slide arrangement. -
Use the Alt + PrtScn (Print Screen) keys on the keyboard to copy a screen image; paste a copied image onto a new slide. -
Print a single slide in a presentation. Criteria for Passing NO ERRORS are allowed in the following major areas, including, but not limited to: maximizing the application window; adding new slides with the appropriate layout; typing text in the correct fields; setting background colors, gradients, textures, or patterns for easy readability; omitting or inserting the wrong disk image; applying a transition effect to a slide; applying an animation effect to a content field; indenting text entries in a list; creating or linking the correct action button shape; selecting different presentation views; closing panes; setting the zoom level to an appropriate value; using Alt+PrtScn to make a copy of the current screen; pasting the screenshot picture from memory onto a slide; resizing and positioning the pasted screenshot picture properly; printing a single slide in a presentation.
