This is an overview of Special Education Services: classes, programs, how the IEP program works, information on graduation requirements, resources for parents, and more.

Section 504: A Guide for Parents (pdf updated Nov 2009)
This guide answers some common questions: the differences between IEP and Section 504 plans, student qualifications, and teachers’ and parents’ rights and responsibilties.

Parent-to-Parent Connection
Parent-to-Parent Connection (“p2p”) provides support and educational programs for parents of high school students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan and other students who may have special needs.

The Transition website is for students, parents, and teachers and is an important resource designed to help high school students prepare for and succeed in college, careers, work, and life.
