• Below are links to the Developer Impact Fee Certification/Application for each district in Marin County participating. 

    Please schedule an appointment with the Business Office prior to coming to the office to process Developer Fees by contacting:

    For your appointment, remember to bring:

         1) The approved architectural plans with the official stamp from your local planning commission 
             (or County of Marin Planning Department) 
         2) Fill out the "To Be Completed by Developer" section (above dotted line)
         3) Bring a blank check
