How to stay focused , find joy & take care of yourself during this ever-changing year!!
To all my students, old and new, please remember as we come to the end of this semester that you are living through the first (and what I hope will be the only) global pandemic of a lifetime. You are proving every day that you are strong and resilient. This year has shown us struggles and hardship in little and big ways. It has also shown us the joys in small things. Although I only know some of you through zoom or emails, please know that my heart is with you. We are all in this together. Keep your head up. Try your best to stay focused. Make self-care a priority. Find gratitude and joy in the little things. Use this guide when you’re feeling low or lost in your motivation or happiness in the next few weeks, months, or years. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me via email if I can support you in any way.
