    APRIL

    • Add Colleges to “Colleges I’m Thinking About” list in Naviance
    • Jnr. Wksp: UC Personal Insight Questions
    • Workshop for Parents & Students: College Q&A - Anything You Care to Ask
    • Finalize summer plans (internships, jobs, volunteer)
    • Attend WACAC Virtual College Fair 3/14/21 or 4/19/21 (must pre-register) WACAC fair

    MAY

    • AP Exams: see Mary Chapman w/Q’s
    • Request Letters of Recommendation from Counselor/Teachers
    • Playing collegiate sports: register w/ NCAA Clearinghouse (submit SAT/ACT scores using code: 9999)

    JUNE/JULY

    • Visit Colleges
    • Volunteer/travel/work/intern
    • COM courses
    • Start/continue to work on college essays
    • Attend Colleges That Change Lives Fair- TBD-CTCL
    • Research EA/ED deadlines if applicable

    AUGUST

    • Senior Kickstart w/ Lisa Neumaier: Aug 2-5, 9 am - 1 pm, virtual
    • Common Application & UC App opens Aug 1

    SEPTEMBER

    • Make appt w/ your Counselor
    • Finalize College List on Naviance & Common App
    • Finalize letter of rec packets for Counselor and Teachers
    • Attend College Rep visits in CCC
    • Attend Senior Night: Students & Parents
    • Begin researching scholarships

    OCTOBER

    • FAFSA opens: Oct 1
    • CSU application opens Oct 1
    • Begin CSS Profile if applicable
    • Be proactive: request to see your Counselor for support/questions
    • Continue to attend College Rep Visits
    • Continue researching scholarships
    • Attend College Application Workshops
    • Attend Financial Aid Night w/ parents

    NOVEMBER

    • EA/ED November 1 and beyond
    • UC/CSU deadline Nov 30

    DECEMBER

    • Enjoy Winter Break!
