Get your work permits before June 30^th! After you get a job, email the signed Statement of Intent to Employ a Minor to lkeaton@tamdistrict.org. Your work permit will be completed and emailed to you within 1 to 2  business day(s)  (2 business days after June 30^th). 

If lkeaton@tamdistrict.org is not available, please contact Karmela Cleary at kcleary@tamdistrict.org for assistance. If you plan to submit your work permit in person, please call 415-380-3510 to confirm that someone is in the office before stopping by.
