The Tamalpais Union High School District Counseling Program provides the academic, career, and personal/ social development necessary to ensure that students are successful both in school and in life. School counseling is a specialized service provided by credentialed school counselors that assist students in resolving emotional, social or behavior problems and help them develop a clearer focus or sense of direction. Tamalpais counselors fully engage in providing students with a unique network of emotional and instructional support services that results in students feeling safe, having better relationships with teachers, understanding that education is relevant and important to their future, experiencing positive interpersonal relationships and earning higher grades.
This web page is designed to assist students and parents in finding information that will support students in their college and career exploration, provide homework and study skills support, identify financial aid and scholarship information, and connect students to local support groups.
