DISTRICT POLICIES AGAINST RETALIATION
Retaliation towards a student or staff member who reports discrimination/harassment and/or participates in an investigation of those allegations is prohibited. The District will protect all complainants from retaliation. Any individual who has been retaliated against for reporting an allegation of sexual harassment or sex-based discrimination, and/or participating in an investigation should immediately report retaliatory conduct to the Title IX Coordinator.
Student retaliation complaints are addressed through the District's Uniform Complaint Process (UCP):
