Student Information Update

PROCEDURES

Each year at the end of the summer, we are required by law to verify student demographic and emergency contact information for the following school year. In the event of an emergency, natural disaster, or inclement weather, we must have current emergency contact phone numbers and updated health information so that we can best ensure the safety of your student(s). Thank you in advance for completing this process prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year.  

The following directions will guide you through the process of making any necessary changes using ParentVUE. The student information update is for currently enrolled students only.

Please go to https://ca-tamal-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_Login.aspx and login to your ParentVUE account. 

  • You must have a parent ParentVUE account. The enrolling parent created a ParentVue account when they registered your student.

  • Only a parent/guardian who is listed as living with the student may complete the form.

  • If you have more than one student in the district, the information update will apply to all of your currently enrolled students listed on the Student Summary page.  

  • Login to ParentVUE > Click on “I am a Parent” > Click on Begin Registration to bring up the form and complete the current student annual update.
     

 

  • If you logout before completing the 2023-2024 registration, click on “Resume Registration”.

  • If you do not have a parent account, You may self-activate your account as follows: (ONLY THOSE WITHOUT A ParentVUE ACCOUNT)

  1. Open ParentVUE and click “I am a parent”

  2. Click “Request Account Activation”

  3. Enter your name, email address, phone number and student’s birthdate. (This information must match what is in the system)
