INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please schedule an appointment with the Business Office prior to coming to the office to process Developer Fees by contacting:

2.  For your appointment, remember to bring:
   1. The approved architectural plans with the official stamp from your local planning commission (or County of Marin Planning Department) 
   2. Fill out the "To Be Completed by Developer" section (above dotted line)
   3. Bring a blank check
       

NOT INCLUDED IN TUHSD

For a property located within the geographic boundaries of the elementary school districts listed below, you only  need to contact those districts directly for Developer Fees and NOT the Tamalpais Union High School District:

• Kentfield School District
• Larkspur-Corte Madera School District
• Mill Valley School District
• Reed Union School District
