Parcel Tax Exemption
HOW TO APPLY
If you are eligible for an exemption, please print and complete the application form on this page, or call (707) 430-4300 to request an application or ask questions. All calls will be returned as expeditiously as possible.
FILING DEADLINE FOR THE EXEMPTION TO TAKE PLACE FOR THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR IS MAY 1st.
How to apply for an exemption:
- Complete a Parcel Tax Exemption Application or Online through the Online Application Portal (OAP.SCI-CG.COM)
- Parcel Tax Abatement Application
You may also email your name, address and phone number to Alejandra Vazquez at avazquez@tamdistrict.org to request an application be sent to you.
The exemption will continue for each year the applicant remains eligible during the assessment period without the need for annual reapplication.
