    Starting Wednesday, September 6th -  

    Open Gym and Weight/Conditioning Program 

    Monday - weights 7:00-8:00 open gym 8:00-9:00

    Wednesday - open gym 4:00-5:00— conditioning 5:00-5:30

    Friday - open gym 5:00-6:00 weight 6:00-7:00 

    Winter Schedule

    Monday, October 30th - First day of practice and tryouts. (Times and location TBD)
