David Yoshihara is the Superintendent of the Tamalpais Union High School District. As the chief educational officer of the district, he implements board policy and is responsible for day-to-day district administration. He is in charge of five schools, 450 employees, over 4600 students, and a $67 million budget.

THE OFFICE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES oversees all things that have to do with teaching and learning. The Assistant Superintendent, Senior Directors of Curriculum and Instruction, Student Services, Information Technology and the Directors of Special Education and Wellness all work within the scope of Educational Services.
HUMAN RESOURCES is responsible for recruitment, job openings, employment verification, and credential monitoring within the Tamalpais Union High School District.

FINANCE & FACILITIES takes care of accounting, budget, finance, Special Ed transportation and position control.
FACILITIES SERVICES plans, manages, improves and maintains all aspects of the District’s buildings and property.
THE MODERNIZATION OFFICE oversees design and construction of all projects funded by the bond programs passed by voters in 2001 and 2006.

THE OFFICE OF INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY is responsible for the implementation of technology throughout the administrative and instructional programs of the District. This includes school site-based support as well as District-level coordination of resources, from data management to instructional programs.
