• Welcome to Drake!

    Sir Francis Drake High School is one of three comprehensive high schools in the Tamalpais Union High School District with a Fall, 2018 opening enrollment of approximately 1300.

    We offer “ALL ABOUT DRAKE” events that are designed for prospective Drake families.  Information for “ALL ABOUT DRAKE” includes an overview of our Small Learning Communities (SLC’s), Academies, extra-curricular activities, as well as a tour of our campus

    Tours take place on Thursday’s: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm in the Student Center


    Prospective 8th Grade students must be accompanied by an adult. Students will be turned away if they are not with a responsible adult.  Please plan ahead as our "AAD" tours are the only opportunity to visit Drake during the school day.

     Space will be held once the request is complete.  Tours will be limited to 100 people.

    If your preferred “AAD” date is closed, please check back to see if there are cancellations.  No waiting list is kept.  Please email Mimi Bennett Jarvis, mbennett@tamdistrict.org, if you need to cancel your reservation or have other questions.

     Thursday, January 24 – White Hill Only 




    Only White Hill Families are allowed to register for WH only days AND we are not allowing WH families to attend any other tours.  If you are not a White Hill family, please sign up for non-White Hill tours.

     Parking is limited.  Please allow enough time to find a space if you cannot walk or bike to campus.  Bicycle parking is on the East side of the Main Office.
