    If you are eligible for an exemption, please print and complete the application from this page, or call (707) 430-4300 to request an application or ask questions. All calls will be returned as expeditiously as possible.

    How to apply for an exemption:

    You may also email your name, address and phone number to Lorie Perez at lperez@tamdistrict.org to request an application be sent to you.

    The exemption will continue for each year the applicant remains eligible during the assessment period without the need for annual reapplication.
