Staff are provided with an email account for District-related communication. District mailboxes are hosted in the Office 365 "cloud". Staff can use Microsoft Outlook to access their email, or they can logon to the TUHSD Portal and click on the Email icon.
PERSONAL EMAIL
It is HIGHLY recommended to use a separate email account for personal email. Free email accounts are available from online providers, such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail, and directly from some Internet providers. Access to personal email accounts is permitted from the District network.
