COACH JOB INFORMATION

Fingerprint Clearance: Contact Janet Turnbull at jturnbull @tamdistrict.org.
TB Clearance: Contact Nancy Griffin at (415) 945-3694 or ngriffin@tamdistrict.org and inform her that you are a new employee or volunteer and need a TB assessment. This can be done over the phone within minutes. Nancy's office hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. We accept TB results up to 4 years. If you have one that is still current, please provide a copy of the test that shows your name and the negative test result. If the clearance is close to expiring, you will need to complete a new one. You can also use your own medical provider if that works better for you, but the results will need to be certified by a medical doctor and include your name and date of birth on the results.
