About ParentVUE

ParentVUE offers secure, private access to your student’s school information, including:


ParentVUE Mobile App

ParentVUE can be accessed online at https://ca-tamal-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_Login.aspx or via a mobile app. You can download the ParentVUE app on your device.

To get started on the mobile app, search for “ParentVUE” on the App Store or Google Play and click download and follow the steps below:

1. Open the ParentVUE app and click either Allow or Don’t Allow “ParentVUE” to access your device’s location.

2. Swipe left and enter your Zip Code.

3. Click Tamalpais Union High School District. It will ask you to verify, click Yes.

4. Log in if you have already activated your account or click Create an Account to activate.

  • If your student is already registered, a second parent or guardian account can be activated following the instructions below.

Selecting your Preferred Language

TUHSD ParentVUE is available in six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian and Chinese. You may change the language to your preferred language by:

  • If using the ParentVUE mobile app, click "Current Language" and select your preferred language before logging in.
  • If using a web browser, click "English" on the bottom right corner to expand and select your preferred language

How to create a new account for TUHSD ParentVUE

The Family Portal (ParentVUE) offers secure, private access to your student’s school information, including assignments, grades, attendance and teacher contact information. In the Family Portal you can see information for all your students on a single website with one login. 

The enrolling Parent or Guardian must create a ParentVUE account in order to enroll or register their student at a TUHSD campus. Steps for first time enrollment can be found here or at: https://www.tamdistrict.org/students/registration-transfers/student-registration

For a second Parent or Guardian to have an account linked to their registered student, please follow the steps below:

Before you get started, please make sure:

  • The Enrolling Parent has first invited the additional Parent or Guardian via email address to be linked to the student’s account
  • You have access to the email address where the invitation was sent
  • You know the students Date of Birth

Follow these steps:

Navigate to https://ca-tamal-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_Login.aspx

Select “I am a Parent”

Click “Request Account Activation”

Enter in the requested information. Please be sure to enter the email address that the Enrolling Parent used to send the ParentVUE invitation to, in order to be linked with your student. 

Once finished, submit your “Request Activation”

You will receive an email within 24 hours with the activation link. Please check your email address (both your inbox and SPAM folder), and look for an email with the subject: “TUHSD Welcome to Synergy! (ParentVUE Account Activation)”. Click on the activation link within the email you received.

Read the privacy statement, then click “I accept”

Your email address will be your username, and you will be prompted to create a strong password. Fill in the fields with your information then click “Complete Account Activation”.
