Back to School Night
Thursday, September 21st5:00 pm - Dinner: Food trucks will be available in the plaza fronting the Student Center for families to purchase food. Also, pre-order Hawk spirit packs and purchase Hawk gear from ASB. Cash and cards are accepted.
6:00 pm - Welcome in Gus Gym: Principal, Administration, Special Guests & District Facilities Presentation
6:30 pm - Classroom Visits: Visit each of your student's classes for a brief 10-minute introduction. Bells will ring at the beginning and end of each class. There is a five-minute passing period between classes.
8:25 pm - End of the evening - If your student does not have a zero or 8th period, the end time is 8:15 pm.
Food trucks will stay until 8:30 pm for parents who wish to purchase dinner to bring home to their families.

E-BIKE Safety For Students & Our Community
- We want to keep kids safe and ask that you speak to your students about e-bike and e-scooter best practices.
- Youths must wear helmets when riding an E-bike.
- In Marin County, e-bikes cannot exceed 15 mph on any County-maintained pathway. E-bicycles will boost up to 20 MPH, but riders cannot exceed 15 mph.
- Sidewalks and crosswalks are meant for pedestrians, not e-bikes. Dismount and walk your bike in these areas
- E-bikes traveling on roadways must follow all traffic signs.
- A teen program hosted by Marin County Bicycle Coalition focuses specifically on e-bike safety and education. If you want to sign your student up for a class, please click here to register.

Tam High Visual Arts at this year's Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival
Join Tam High Visual Arts at this year's Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival, Sat. the 23rd and Sun the 24th from 10am to 5pm at Old Mill Park. See work by students from Photography, Ceramics, and Drawing and Painting alongside over 100 professional artists and craftspeople. You can also say hello and see the artwork of Tam graduates Anika Kapan and Nicole Everage, who will be showing work as part of the Festival Emerging Artist program. And don't forget to grab a copy of this year's poster featuring the art of Senior Laina Norwood! CTE will b Face painting and Improv in the Children's Grove! Students and Teachers are Free!
